In the Philippines, aircon is a year-round business. Units run most of the day, they need regular cleaning, and every summer brings a rush of breakdowns and new installs. The businesses that grow are the ones customers can find quickly, message easily and trust inside their home. Here’s how to market an aircon business in the Philippines.

1. Make your Facebook Page easy to book from

Most customers look for an aircon technician on Facebook or by asking in community groups. Your page should show:

  • Services: cleaning, repair, installation, relocation, freon recharge
  • Areas you cover, by city or barangay
  • Clear prices for common jobs, like window type and split type cleaning
  • How to book: Messenger, Viber or a phone number
  • Photos and videos of real jobs

2. Publish your prices

Customers hate asking “how much po?” and waiting for a reply. Posting starting rates for cleaning by unit type and horsepower builds trust and saves your team time. Add a note on what affects the final price, like chemical wash or hard-to-reach units.

3. Reply on Messenger within minutes

The first business to reply usually gets the job. Set up saved replies for rates, service areas and available schedules, and ask for the unit type, location and preferred date in your first message. If you can’t keep up, an automated assistant can collect the details for you.

4. Get on Google Maps

More customers now search “aircon cleaning near me” on Google. Claim your Google Business Profile, choose the right categories, add your service area and post photos regularly. Our Google Business Profile checklist walks through each step.

5. Collect reviews and recommendations

After each job, send a short thank-you message and ask for a Facebook recommendation or Google review. Photos of the dirty filter or coil next to the clean result make powerful posts too, with the customer’s permission.

6. Run local Facebook ads before summer

Ads targeted to the cities around you, launched in the weeks before the hot season, catch people before the rush. Promote a cleaning package, a multi-unit discount or a preventive maintenance offer. Click-to-Messenger ads match how customers already book.

7. Offer maintenance packages

Most units should be cleaned regularly. A simple plan, like scheduled cleanings for a set price per year, keeps customers coming back and smooths out the slow months. Condos, offices, schools and small businesses with many units are great targets.

8. Partner with property managers and condo admins

Building admins, property managers and real estate agents often need reliable technicians. A good relationship can bring in steady multi-unit work.

9. Follow up for the next cleaning

Keep a simple list of past customers and send a reminder when their next cleaning is due. It’s the cheapest marketing you’ll ever do. Make sure you have their consent, in line with the Data Privacy Act.

The bottom line: To market an aircon business in the Philippines, be fast on Messenger, clear on price and easy to rebook.
